This workshop will provide information on what anxiety looks like and feels like. It will include information on symptoms, coping skills and what to do when we feel anxious using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Resources will be provided on local counseling services for anxiety. It will also be a discussion-based group, so it will give group members a chance to discuss how anxiety has affected them and how they cope to get through each day.
